The client operates in the B2B healthcare distribution sector and was facing challenges related to operational productivity, mainly due to fragmented tools and inefficient workflows.
Discovery
A qualitative study with 7 employees guided the iteration process and led to a complete redesign of initial ideas.

A contact library for suppliers, clients, and partners, enabling viewing, editing, and access to each contact’s transaction history.
Schedule
Centralizes reminders and meetings (with integration for Teams, Meet, Zoom), including notes and attachments, organized by day and month.
Finance
Records of all operations with status tracking, where editing is restricted to the responsible person to avoid inconsistencies. Includes sales tracking charts integrated with Power BI, allowing client-side customization and monthly comparisons by product.

Points of improvement
This was my first project, developed in 2021. With my current experience, I can clearly identify opportunities for improvement, especially in refining features and aligning the experience more closely with users' real routines.
